Matt is informative and helpful - when something needs to be fixed or we are looking at a project (big or small) Matt has great knowledge and advice, often saving us money while still doing a quality job. If Matt doesn't provide a particular service he is able to recommend a good local vendor who can. Having Matt on our side has provided peace of mind when we are not around - highly recommend his services!
